The Ilium Pad is an ergonomic hip thrust pad designed to eliminate discomfort and maximize performance. Built with a multi-layer foam system, it combines a soft outer cushion for comfort, targeted support in high-impact areas, and a firm core to maintain shape under heavy weight.

Its flat-top, non-slip design keeps the bar stable and aligned, reducing pressure on the hips while improving control and form with every rep.
